TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

As of May 2004, a physician’s referral is not needed to make an appointment for physical therapy evaluation and treatment. General practitioners, specialists, dentists, podiatrists, and chiropractors can all refer patients to physical therapists. We accept Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, and most insurance plans. If you have any questions, please contact us.
